Eligible products may be returned within 7 days after receiving your package. Please keep in mind that we only accept returns or exchanges once. If you claim to have gotten an incorrect product from our end, you must supply an opening video as proof. Our dedicated team will handle the reverse pickup process, which normally takes 3-5 working days. Once the return is picked up, we conduct a rigorous quality check, which typically takes up to 10 days from the pickup date. Once the item has passed the quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your nominated bank account or another method, as stated.
